Accidents do happen, unfortunately when you least expect it and it is always inconvenient when they do. We understand that one of the things most valuable to our clients is time, and that is why we started our Customer Concierge Program in 2007 to minimize the time our customers have to deal with such a situation.
We started our in-house rental car program to lessen the time customers have to exchange their damaged vehicle for a replacement vehicle. That is a time saving of up to an hour or more, with dealing with both a body shop and a separate rental car facility. We also will pick up and deliver to anywhere in the North Bay, San Francisco, and Napa.
We also have shuttle service to those locations that should not require a replacement vehicle. All the vehicles we repair are also detailed after completion of repairs so that when you pick-up your vehicle it is not only repaired to factory standards but it has been meticulously cleaned for your convenience. We also offer Paintless Dent Removal, Wheel Repair, Glass Replacement, and Touch-up.
