We employ 35 people and continue to pay hourly salaries instead of succumbing to the commission pay structure which many of our competition has embraced to increase profit, only to diminish the quality of their product. We are a DRP for only one Insurance company which enables us to distance our selves from the conflict of interest that comes with the contractual commitments that insurance companies insist on, making the cost of repairs the number one importance. We are a Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Repair Facility and are also Mercedes Elite Certified.
Approximately 17 years ago we became disillusioned with the typical industry training such as I-Car and moved to train directly with the manufactures such as Lexus and BMW which were offering such training at that time, knowing that the industry would eventually move to manufacture certified facilities to deal with the high technology we are now all familiar with. When Mercedes-Benz began their certification process we jumped at the chance to align ourselves with one of the world’s finest car makers.
We use Standox Paints Waterborne Line which we spay in one of our three new Blowtherm equipped booths. We are equipped with both Car-o-liner, Globaljig, and Cellette frame systems. For spot welding, MIG & TIG welding needs we employ an overhead Pro-spot and Weilander & Schill and Miller for both aluminum and steel. We utilize Mitchell’s ABSE Program for repair orders, scheduling of parts and vehicles, and tracking profitability, and we use Ultramate exclusively for estimating.
